I have two light duty commercial vacuums that get a lot of use and wear and tear. When they seem like they are done for, I take them to American Vacuum for repair and refurbish. They always do a great job at a fair price. They have kept those machines going for several years. American Vacuum also sells some very nice new machines. Bissell sent me to this store for potential warranty work. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and competent these men were! They had to do some extra work to ensure the repair was covered by Bissell, but they did it! I was very grateful and they were done in less than 5 business days (probably sooner, but I didn't get there)! Store is definitely full of supplies, hardware, and more vacuums than you could name, but hey, they're a vacuum repair store, not a corporate ran, show store! They did great work.
